Umm, what's the point with shield of judgment?
Are you casting it on someone else?
Assassins are not meant to be hit. They are meant to hit.
I understand (but it still doesn't make sense) if a warrior has soj. Warriors are meant to take damage, not assassins, not casters. Assassins have weak armor. Soj only triggers when something hits you.
Sorry to say but this build is a monk's nightmare.

The purpose of SoJ was to make it a defensive spell. KD is better than having your butt handed to you.
Yanman.be is correct, there are better builds out there, but then again, what's wrong with playing around with different builds.
We all know that horrible builds work in PvE, and sometimes in RA. There is no such build that is the be-all and end-all of builds that cannot be stopped.
If there was, then we all would be using it, and others would cry skills should be nerfed because the build can't be beat (or at least they can't beat it, thus the cry about Touch Rangers began).
I still don't like the Dagger Mastery at level 11. I like to see at least level 12.

you have a good point there but when i created it and tried it i won 8 in a row with no monk i mean sod only uses 5 energy and is good with an assassin because of the energy regen i found the problem with assassins is their lack in armor and they usualy get owned if something like a warrior came along and you can use sod on some1 else e.g. a monk as everyone should usualy go for a monk you can get up to 70% evade chance without runes its quite good with shroud of distress as a backup

Then people can't be bothered to actually read, test and give proper critiques to your build. I'm sorry.

SoJ is a nice defensive smiting enchantment. On an assassin, it is not expected, so it is nice to see it used, but it is not the most practical of uses for it. Also SoD is different, but sins have plenty of skills to avoid being hit... so look into that abit more before using an elite that does the same thing.
I have played an A/Mo, and the armor is equal to a ranger for the most part, so the talk of too little armor is redundant.Look at the good points of the sin for a second.
Mana regen of 4 makes it the equal of an ele on energy regen. This can give a spellcasting twist, which The Doomgiver has obviously noticed, but not to an extreme level. How about mixing a kd with a smite that has a quick cast.
I used Signet Of Judgement when the sin was first introduced as a kd in a combo, and killed alot of players with it.
My combo then was US+FF+ signet of judgement+Holy strike+Twisting Fangs.
It wasn't a fast hit, but it was unexpected then, and usually killed by the 2nd go round.
My point is to be effective, not just inventive.

It's a tip for the future. Also, just edit your post, instead of making a new one, right below another one of your posts.

Also,I have been using zealous daggers with a critical strike att of 10 which makes my mana regen seem like +5 instead of the normal +4. Higher critical strike with zealous daggers means more mana regen than the average sin.

Unsuspecting Strike, Fox Fangs, Twisted Fangs, Shadow Refuge, Shadow of Distress, Heart of Shadows and a Rez Signet is known and we know they work well enough (although Shadow Refuge could be made a bit better ).
Shield of Judgement (e) - Others like Assassin's Promise, Way of the Empty Palm, Flashing Blades, Siphon Strength, Aura of Displacement, etc. So others will ask why is this better than these Assassin Elites. Samething with Shield of Deflection.
The problem is that any elite that requires an attribute, most people believe that it should be from the primary profession, not the secondary one. Echo is a non-attribute, so its okay to use from a 2nd profession. W/Mo use Healing Hands as their elite, which means they have little or 0 tactics and their attack elite is null and void. This greatly reduces their effectiveness to kill things.
Both elites you listed are fine, but you have no teleport in or out (more important), Heart of Shadows teleports to a random location (I've tried this a few times and it doesn't teleport me to anywhere safe, in does teleport me into an even dangerous situation than I was before; my bad luck I suppose).
For some reason I see Amity as a more viable solution (overwhelmed? cast this and teleport out. ) But I'd rather use an Assassin's elite over a 2ndary profession's. Again, DM 12 if you plan to use Daggers as your main source of damage.

I can think of more useful ways to spend my elite and attribute points tbh.
Keystone Signet for example...

Assassin = Pop in, kill someone, pop out. Spending your elite on a DEFENSIVE skill is not going to make your assassin more dangerous.
